The lq104v1dg83 is a color active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor). The lq104v1dg83 is composed of a color TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs, control circuit, power supply circuit and a White-LED Backlight unit. Graphics and texts can be displayed on a 640×RGB×480dots panel with about 262,144 colors by using CMOS(Complementary MOS) and supplying +3.3V DC supply voltages for TFT-LCD panel driving and supply voltage for backlight.
