Product Summary
The EL3H4(TA) is an infrared emitting diode, and it is connected in inverse parallel, optically coupled to a phototransistor encapsulated with green compound. It is packaged in a 4-pin small outline SMD package. And this device can be used in AC line monitor, programmable controllers, telephone line interface and unknown polarity DC sensor.
