The STP140NF75 is an n-channel 75v - 0.0065 ohm -120a dpak/ipak/to-220 stripfet ii power mosfet. The resulting transistor shows extremely high packing density for low onresistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and less critical alignment steps therefore a remarkable manufacturing reproducibility.
