Product Summary

The MURS320T3G is a surface mount ultrafast power rectifier. This series employs the state-of-the-art epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. The MURS320T3G is ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and protection diodes, in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
