The LM6321M is a high speed unity gain buffer slew at 800V/μs and has a small signal bandwidth of 50MHz while driving a 50Ω load. The LM6321M can drive ±300mA peak and do not oscillate while driving large capacitive loads. Applications of the LM6321M include: line driving, radar and sonar.
